Ceramic Crown Placement

A ceramic crown is an aesthetic and functional solution for a tooth that is weakened, cracked, worn, or heavily treated. At Dr. Violeta Vladimirov Dental Practice, we make crowns so they look natural — in a color and shape that suit your face, not just the neighboring teeth.

The procedure begins with a clinical examination and an assessment of whether the tooth is stable enough to support a crown. If it is, the tooth is prepared minimally, with respect for its structure. We then take a precise impression (digital or conventional), which the technician uses to create a crown of high precision and high quality.

We use modern materials that provide natural translucency (so the crown does not look “plastic”) and that are well tolerated by the gums, because long-term stability matters — not just first-day appearance.

The patient comes in for a try-in, we adjust the shade and contact with the surrounding teeth, and only then do we permanently cement the crown. The final result is strong, stable for chewing, and aesthetically refined even in the front smile zone.
