Metal-free ceramics are the choice when a patient wants high aesthetics and biocompatibility. Unlike classic metal-ceramic work, metal-free restorations do not have a dark underlying layer, which makes them look more translucent and closer to a natural tooth — especially in the front smile area.
In our practice, we use modern ceramic materials that combine strength with aesthetics. That means you get a crown or veneer that follows the color of the surrounding teeth nicely, does not create a “gray line” near the gums, and works well with the soft tissues.
The process includes an examination, precise tooth preparation (only as much as necessary), taking an impression, and shade selection. After that comes the try-in of the restoration itself, and only then final cementation.
Metal-free ceramics are especially suitable for patients who want to improve the shape, length, or color of their teeth without an obvious “artificial” look. Our approach is to give you a smile that still looks like you — just more refreshed.
