Endodontics means saving the tooth from the inside. When inflammation of the dental nerve (pulpitis) or even a root infection occurs, instead of extracting the tooth, it can often be preserved with proper root canal treatment.
At Dr. Violeta Vladimirov Dental Practice, we perform endodontic therapy using modern cleaning and filling methods. This includes careful removal of infected tissue from the root canals, mechanical and chemical canal preparation, and three-dimensional filling so bacteria have nowhere to return.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Our goal is to eliminate pain, preserve a functional tooth, and allow that tooth later to support a filling, crown, or another prosthetic solution.
